This policy does not apply to Content (as defined in our Terms of Service) that we process on behalf of our business customers, which is governed by our institutional agreements.
Who We Are
Nexr is a verified professional platform for technical creatives — software engineers, designers, motion designers, video editors — built by Eureses Global Limited. Our mission is to help people show real work, verified history, and credible professional proof in one place. We operate across global jurisdictions and comply with international privacy frameworks.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information through your interactions with the Service:
- Information You Provide: Your name, professional handle, email address, and any credentials or biographical data you provide during registration.
- Technical Proofs & Input: Build logs, repository metadata, and signatures uploaded for verification. We do not collect raw source code unless explicitly configured for a technical audit.
- Automatic Collection: Log data, IP addresses, browser types, and usage telemetry describing how you engage with our verification engine.
- Third-Party Data: Professional metadata imported from GitHub, LinkedIn, or other verification partners you choose to link.
How We Use Information
We resolve and process your information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To verify your professional identity and maintain your public or private Verified Profile.
- Verification Scoring: We calculate and display an aggregated "Record Score" and other related metrics based on the volume and quality of your verified experiences, projects, and connections to communicate your verification footprint to profile viewers.
- Product Improvement: We use technical patterns from your proofs to improve our verification systems, product experience, and reliability.
- Communication: To send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages.
- Safety & Security: To detect, investigate, and prevent identity fraud, impersonation, and other malicious activities.

- Access & Portability: The right to request confirmation and portable copies of your personal data processed by Nexr.
- Rectification: The right to request immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete professional metadata.
- Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request erasure of your profile data, subject to legal compliance or fraud prevention obligations.
- Objection & Restriction: The right to object to automated processing or request restriction of data processing under specific statutory grounds.
- Withdrawal of Consent: The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Security and Retention
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures (including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest) to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Personal data and verification artifacts are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal requirements, or resolve contractual disputes.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Nexr operates across international server infrastructures. Where personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, we ensure that such transfers comply with Sections 41-43 of the NDPA 2023 by implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), binding corporate rules, or verifying adequate data protection standards in the receiving jurisdiction.
